I grew up in Egypt as a skinny kid who nobody believed in. But I always had one rule: nothing is impossible. I walked into a gym with nothing but belief, and I built myself from zero — no shortcuts, no easy roads, just years of pure dedication and hard work.

That journey took me from a skinny kid in Egypt to becoming a famous IFBB Professional Champion, well known across the entire Middle East and internationally, culminating in competing at the 2019 Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas — the biggest stage in the world.

In 2010, I coached my first client online. That moment changed everything. Watching someone transform their body and their life — that feeling was more powerful than any trophy. That's why I coach. I don't just change bodies. I change lives.
